· THE "WE'RE THE FIENDZ" ERA…
(We're The Fiendz...1, 2,…1, 2, 3, GO!)

In 1989, we released our first full-length record, the underground classic "We're The Fiendz". We finally had a chance to record a lot of our songs that we had been playing out live for a while. We had a lot of fun recording that record, which we did in our friend, Dave Cintron's, basement where we would later record 1990's Dead End 7" EP.
We were getting a lot of really great shows at this time and this was also about the time we started distributing and releasing records for other bands. Over the years, we released some really cool records including : Beatnik Termites, the Family Jewels, Flatus, Demonspeed and New York's Hardest 2.

The Fiendz - “We're The Fiendz” LP includes:
(original LP out of print--later released on CD & still available)
Be My Girl
I Don't Wanna Go Outside
Runaway With Me
Boring Story

You Broke Your Promise
Ska Lea
What We Believe
Rules Were Made
Rid-O-You
Dealage
Livin' Dead
No One in the World
Were the Fiendz
***Some "We're The Fiendz" Factoids from Jerry Jones:
*** "Never Walk Home Alone" (a previously unreleased song)--We never originally finished this song, so we thought it would be fun to add the backing vocals and mix it for the CD release of "We're The Fiendz"...and, of course, we left my original lead vocal on there from '89 with me doing my best James Hetfield imitation...maybe that's why we cut it from the album (???)
The Fiendz - "Dead End" 7" includes:
Dead End
Inside
Weight of the World
(black and yellow vinyl)
"Dead End" was written for a friend of mine who was struggling with drug addiction.
I also wrote the song "Rehab" (from "Wact") about him--Jerry Jones
